Does anyone have a good image manipulation software installed on their pc like photoshop ?
I need resizing ACE images to 75X75 while maintaining image sharpness and quality.All the apk's and other online solutions I have tried do a poor job at it.This is for the new ACE board that will open soonish.

I'm notsure how good is resizing but there is a image editing which is free and for basic and advanced users has enough stuff to provide it's called eezpix.
