How do you whitdraw troops?

Somewhere o the map a hex or 2 should have an icon that looks like a door with an arrow pointing away, you have to move the troops to that hex

The units to withdraw are ones with red circles under them. Once you finish the amount needed to withdraw, you cannot withdraw more.
