How many letters/numbers in hex code make up one country's sequence? And are they all the same amount?

I am interrested in the EW4 btl- filestructure are there more tools?
I read something about a map-editor - has somebody this?

Well, I believe that Cww is the one who decrypted Ew6 and created the Wc4 Btl guide. He however, hasn't been on in a while. I found the answer from a thread by Erebus. I would assume the number of bytes still applies to mobile despite it displaying in 8 bytes per row. Or am I wrong in that assumption? european-war-4.boards.net/thread/9486/wc4-basic-calculation

How many letters/numbers in hex code make up one country's sequence? And are they all the same amount? In wc4, it's 300. in ew6, it's 312 In wc4, set bytes per line 300 or 20 in HxD makes it easier to see country part.

I think I have a REM file of cww somewhere. It seems to list the hex prefixes... do you want me to post it here?
