Phase 1
Concentrate all your troops near the Bavarian border, then declare war on Bavaria. Beat Bavaria and then push into Austria and Prussia. Send your single ship of the line to help France and Algeria near Iberia. Donate to Brazil, Algeria, and the USA.
Phase 2
By now, France should've dominated the Iberian Peninsula, Algeria should be stalemating its enemies, Brazil should be winning against Gran Columbia, Austria should've fallen, and Prussia and Russia should've been weakened. The problem is that Denmark and Sweden are coming. Fend them off, then attack Saint Petersburg and begin an attack on Scandinavia with Helsinki as base.
Phase 3
Russia is on its last knees, Sweden and Prussia have fallen, Denmark's cities in Scandinavia has been captured, and Africa and Iberia are won. Attack Britain and capitulate them, then beat the heck out of anything that is still standing.
