Has the highest non-Zhukov base damage among all artillery generals in the game and isn’t terrain dependent like Govorov. The trouble is that he’s slow. Still very solid.

I’d say Govorov is a tad bit better as the extra movement star and max artillery leader makes a big difference. Plain tiles are found pretty much everywhere
Leeb is of course very very good too.
Badoglio may seem meh at first but he is perfect on the elephant special force as gives him an artillery leader skill pretty much. And Badoglio is also very good on the Karl if you want to place him in cities to generate ca$h.

Leeb is a heavy hitter that can break heavies, Badoglio isn't even able to attack more than once on his own Both are on equal ground imo, Badoglio is more versatile and speedy while Leeb is the better damage dealer and they both make quite a pair, I've had them one round kill 2 stack heavies multiple times. |

One of the best artillery general but I like Govorov more because 24% and 12% is a lot of differences and Govorov is faster. But then again you don't really need Govorov until endgame since Chuikov is good replacement so would probably get Leeb first.

Graziani is third best, but he ain’t even close to as good as badoglio |

I've seen him hit 5 times in a row on a elefant. Best artillery general I have used for GOG3.
