I can't find the buttons I want to sell generals, can someone tell me what buttons to press?

I can't find the buttons I want to sell generals, can someone tell me what buttons to press? Your gens cannot be deployed on a mission when you want to sell them. Otherwise, the button should be in red, at the bottom of the gen's info page and labelled as "Dismiss". |

Can we sell generals in ew6? That is some real improvement from ew4.
