This new year, there will be 200 years that Napoleon died. I wonder if a team with generals of the great army, and only them could reach the end of this game. I think it's possible, but not with 3 stars everywhere.
The infantry is not very good, with two great generals : Massena and Lannes. You can also take Suchet and Moreau.
The cavalry is very good, with Murat, Davout, Dabrowski, Ney, Lasalle and Poniatowski. The four first are often chosen as end game generals and in conquests.
The artilery should be a little weak, with only Napoleon as high level general. Jourdan and Mortier could complete the team.
And the navy should be a little weak, with a good Treville and a weak Villeneuve. But it should be enough, even in crimean war.
So, a 8 team could be : Murat, Dabrowski, Davout, Ney, Massena, Lannes, Napoleon and Jourdan or Treville... (so 4 or 5 five aura generals). With this team, no problem to reach the end of the campaigns with three stars. And to win all the challenge of crimean war with one or two stars.
But even with a 12 team, i think it would be impossible to win 3 stars everywhere. Balaclava and Siege are to hard. But a two stars win is possible in siege and probably in Balaclava.
