So recently I started playing this game and my first general was Pompey. After reading about him I found out that the banner of eagle fits perfectly with him. However, I was unable to find a way to obtain it, as well as other banners. The only one I know of are the conquest rank III achievement banners, so can someone help me and tell me where to get the other banners, more specifically, the banner of eagle?

Try to actively clear them out and you should be able to see what you want.
