I recently discovered that a general assigned to a land unit WILL HEAL WHILE IN TRANSPORT if that general has the Depot Ship skill.
Do you think that was intended by Easytech?

I guess so,huh... so now I know how to fix a multitask general no matter what type of unit he's on... stick him in a transport...
Instead of taking up two skill slots such as for Replacements and Machinist, all I really need is Depot Ship. In my mods I have that skill boosted pretty high too so the healing should be quick!! I just gotta stay away from Aircraft Carrier unis, LoL.

Or simply upgrade your city's supply depot, supply depot level 3 = depot ship skill level 4 (12 health per turn). Dont waste your medal to buy useless skill like depot ship.

Very true. The depot thing is just a curious deal I stumbled upon. It will allow me to use a Navy general in a land unit more easily until I get a wider variety of generals in my roster.
Thank you for your input.

Thank you for your input. It's okay, even in the endgame campaign, i had used Nimitz in a tank/howitzer as a rumor gen.
