So you have no allies gens. Leeb/Guderian and free gens should definitely be an easy combo to perfect clear the first 2 campaigns. I'd say Monty or Patton and follow that with Govorov, Vasilevsky/Tassigny. Then grab another axis, Donitz could be extremely helpful on pacific.
