What we confirmed for now: All French and all HRE/Austria conquest can give Victoria. Also prooved: 1806 Russia, 1806 Ottoman ... to be continued ... Including 1815 France? Including France 1815 ! But this was hard compared to 1806 and 1809. |

I'm just looking at this now, doing a run without princesses to see where the difficult spots are for myself. Trading posts all over the place in this map - Fatimah or Arnold has plenty of places to do their best work while contributing some fighting.
