That's true though. They brought elite troops from Vladivostok at the right time. The Japanese attack at that time would have been perfect at that time. But Hitler just couldn't persuade them Japanese has nothing to gain At that time, defeating Russia was important. They could have shared territories later. |

Axis , despite being an alliance never was fully allied with heart. Germany not finishing Britain is partially because they knew they will gain nothing compared to its allies as Italy would take their colonies, Soviets would take Indian subcontinent and Japanese will gain south east Asian colonies

Romanians and Bulgarians fought bitterly. Such that while guarding the northern flank of Germany in 1942, Italian Division had to be in between them to prevent fights. The allies presented a united front. Still, they barely managed to take on Germany initially. |

Munich agreement was the biggest failure of allies,not taking the war into consideration. They literally betrayed the Czech and almost lost an important ally i.e. the Soviets
