123 turns with nearly max tech (1 infantry attack, 1 cav attack and 1 art attack to go). Apologies for not taking screenshots!
Generals used: Besseler, Ivanov, Hindenburg, Plummer, Johnston, McClellan, Hipper and Straussenberg.
Turns 1-3: Defeat the Iroquois
Turn 12: Defeated Canada
Turn 11: Made a beachead in A Coruna
Turn 20: Defeated Spain
The rest is just a tedious pushing back of the huge spam, as white Russia, France and the Balkans get killed off relatively easily.
What I did was I sent all my generals down to Africa and took Egypt by around turn 40, then pushed up to the Ottoman Empire, while resisting the huge Central Powers spam by spamming armoured cars and HMGs. The generals would distract the spam, and while the Central Powers were slowly moving their troops I took the majority of Ottoman cities and captured Constantinople by turn 60.
The rest is just fighting off spam. Try to take capital cities and higher level cities first.
Build the wonder by New York ASAP...
By the end, the only generals left standing were Ivanov, Besseler, Johnston and Hipper.

Ivanov on the field artillery on the way to Spain
Besseler and Hindenburg on the howitzer near Iroquois
Johnston and McClellan on the armoured car near the Iroquois
Straussenberg on the HMG near Canada
