so you believe you can win as army group center but then you try and get obliterated, no worry, I have come to help
General Strategy
This strategy is not limited to this group but can apply to all groups in 1941. What you need to do is basically this, 3 armies, one in each front, this should have your best units, most upgraded and all generals, these will be your ice breaker which you will use to reach all factories and cites, use the armies to create encerclements around provinces that cannot replenish themselves. Then create a second wave of armies which will clean up these provinces so that you don't need to waste time on them, continue whit this and you should be able to win.
Bock, Guderian and Hoth
You should take a few turns to create those "icebreakers" armies, one to help your northern allies, one to head towards The Soviet Fourth army and the last one towards the 3d Soviet army. Assign one general to each of these armies Bock,North Hoth,South and Guderian,Center.
The Baltic Rim
Bock, with his army should steal Vilnus, this will be your base to be used to take further regions and save Leeb from certain death. I would suggest creating a fourth army to defend your flank from attacks coming from the Second Soviets.
Conquer Ruthenia !
With Hoth, heads towards Lviv and from there divide your army in 2, Hoth towards the Fourth Soviets, and the new army will make sure Yugoslavia doesn't get out of hand. Hoth will head to Chisineau and then follow the curve of the Black Sea.
End to the Lithuanians
So as the others, create 2 armies, the new one will head towards Minsk and then swerve southwards towards Kiev where they will meet Guderian who is already heading there. Your second army of the northern front will defend Minsk. Once both armies ar at Minsk, Guderian will head towards Karkhiv and the other to Tula.
Who Saved Them in 1917 ?
Bock should head to Novgorod and the second army to Smolensk, this should be enough to save Finland, who will be much more useful alive than dead.
Head Forwards !
From here your ennemies are too weak to survive and should only be a matter of time before they die, all you need to do is make sure your generals survive and keep all your amries alive and well. Assign (if you which) generals to your secondary armies to make the task that is invading Soviet Russia, much more easy.
Congratulations ! You have made the Fatherland strong !
