А есть какие-нибудь инструменты для редактирования игровых файлов в European War 3 ? Самое главное для меня сейчас это понять, как редактировать файлы формата BIN, так как они задают ограничение карты

Yes, it is a great modding tool that I have been using for years. Far superior to apk editor in both efficiency and flexibility. |

Hello, i am new to modding, and my english is not to good, so i am pardon me for being stupid, i want to ask a question about my method, i dont undertstand whats wrong, is it my apk file or the way i go, because if i open json file, its just show random text even when i try to change the encode, its still the same, thanks before for your understanding.  |
