It is very simple to find out if you have root. Root can make your modding much easier and create less crashing.
1. Open the MT manager app.
2. Go to Root directory and click it.
3. Try to open a file and if it pulls up restricted you don't have root.
4 If it doesn't show then you have root. There is also ram and root readers on the store.
