Absolutely nothing. I am self-taught. Seriously? Completely? Why? Because the American Public School system is trash and we can't afford to go to a private school.

My classes are: 1st period, Spanish 2nd, choir 3rd, geometry 4th, P.E 5th, Human Geography 6th, Biology 7th, English And I agree with Gerd von Rundstedt, I don't feel like I ever learn anything. I used to be top of my class (besides my friend, she kicks my butt in everything) but now I'm barely passing. All we do is memorize useless info, do worksheets, take a test, forget what we learned, and do it all again. Also, I hate the Staar test (Big standardized test in Texas.) I've always gotten top marks on it, but it's useless for life. I hate doing projects and research, but I wish we did more, so we could be prepared better for the real world. No regular job interview is going to give you a multiple choice test.

John Marston, Warlord247, I argue that school should be optional in the US. It would have several benefits. 1. Weeding out people who just don't care. 2. It would create competition among schools, public and private, thus increasing quality of learning. 3. It would replace incompetent teachers who do nothing but mindlessly recite info with those who are actually useful.

Gerd von Rundstedt yes but this would create a new class of poor who don't want to pay for much needed education and will never even learn the basics. It would be a return of illitercy and analphabetism among the lower classes

You have no idea...(*evil laughter*) the portion and school times here. Before pandemic, we had to learn English, National launguage, mother tongue(local language), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Social, Computers. After grade 10, we have different branches - M.P.C (Maths - Physics - Chemistry + 2 languages, common for all), Bi.P.C (Biology, Physics, Chemistry), C.E.C (Civics, Economics, Commerce), H.E.C (History, Economics, Commerce) and many more. We study these for 2 years and then we will be even more finetuned. Then, the remaining education depends on what course you pick next.
