Even I started to mod. No I study at a private school. In govt schools here, teachers sometimes don't even come to class for days or weeks! Though it has reduced considerably now. You have no idea about the level of corruption here

Wow! I wish it was implemented here too. Dont your teachers care about it? Those who actualy care about teching the students hate it, as well as the students who actually care to learn. Also it is a huge waste of money. In a metropolitan medium sized schooldistrict , there is a $20M fee for computers, meaning that everyone in Oklahoma must pay 45$ to finance it.
