This is a guide for the Conquest mode, not Conquest Challenge.
Setting Up:
You will have 2 enemies when you start. Serbia and Romania or Greece. For this to work, you will need to reset until you get Romania as an enemy.
Step 1:
Put a navy general on the battleship. Put the ships in a position to attack Bucharest. Pummel Bucharest and then capture it. Meanwhile, let the Austrians attack Belgrade and then swoop in and steal it from them. Then, put you generals on a unit from a Level 5 or 6 Belgrade. put the generals positioned to attack Greece and have your other units near Montenegro. When you kill Romania, have your navy move to wherever you want it.
Step 2:
Wait for Montenegro and Greece to enter the war and sweep them to control the Balkans.
Step 3:
By this time, Germany's spam should be mostly gone and the British/French advance has just started. The Ottomans should be near Tsaritsyno. Pour your troops into Italy and have any troops near Montenegro and Greece attack the Italian province south of Naples. Have the rest of your troops attack Venice. Spawn some Light Machine Gunners (LMG) to attack Minsk/Smolensk. Your navy is recommended for the shelling of Naples. Have your Southern Italian Army (SIA) attack Naples. With a good general, your SIA can attack Rome, and then Florence. Your Northern Italian Army (NIA) should attack Brescia, then Turin and support the SIA's attack on Florence if needed. Then bribe Italy or attack Palermo and Caligari if you wish.
Step 4:
Unite the Italian Armies and capture Marseille. All units that can march through the mountains attack Lyon. All units unable to cross the mountains attack Toulouse, and Bordeaux.
Then the Bordeaux troops attack Portugal. Your navy can be threatened by Beatty though. If your navy can defeat Beatty, do so and shell Portugal. Attack the weakest Portuguese city and capture it. Then, attack Lisbon and bribe the Portuguese if you want. If not, eliminate them. Your Lyon troops should march to Dijon and then spread out and defeat France, either with bribery or with warfare. Now, your LMG from Romania should be in Minsk by now. Capture some Russian cities and spawn artillery to attack Moscow. Once you do that, attack any enemy cities south of Moscow. Attack any Russian cities if you want but the Austrians and Germans can deal with St. Petersburg and North Russia if you don't bribe Russia. Disband all Eastern troops when Russia is defeated.
Step 5: Spawn a large army in Normandy and Paris. Have your Western army attack England (not Ireland) and capture any open British cities. It's straightforward from here, once you deal with England, Scotland and Wales, move on to Ireland, or you can bribe Britain when you can.
Congrats! You have made Bulgaria a mighty empire! I did this strategy and finished it in 60 turns and got an S.
