Is European Lost City an actual ET game, or is it a copyright infringement?

I don't know if this rpg rogue like style game is actually produced by Easytech or not (even though it has their logo) but it's not super rare for smaller gaming companies to experiment with new styles of games in limited markets, they do this to gage potential new revenue sources.
One needs only to take a quick look at the playstore to realize that there are thousands (and probably hundreds of thousands) of completely useless games out there. The amazing thing is some of these silly games make tons of money, so yeah it's worth experimenting if the risk versus reward is favorable.
