Ok, so here's the scenario we are dealing with.
In 1944, D-Day shockingly fails. With no resources left to attempt another landing, the Allies throw everything they have into the Italian Campaign. Meanwhile, the Soviets steamroll the Wehrmacht on the Eastern Front like normal, although now Bagration takes longer as the Germans don't have to divert forces to France.
By 1945 the Russians have reached the gates of Berlin while the Aliies remained tied down by determined German resistance, who have largely abandoned the now hopeless Eastern Front and have left the defense of the homeland to the SS and the Volkstrum.
1946 rolls around, the Soviets have pushed right through Germany, and the Nazis surrender. With no Yalta convention due to the Allies being stuck in Italy, Stalin has a free hand in Europe and sets up Communist satellites all over the place.
As a result, the Warsaw Pact now includes a united German state, Holland, Belgium and France, who were turned communist after a Soviet backed uprising captured Paris with no Free French to do so.
What to you thinks happens from that point on?

Thanks Nobunaga Oda ! That makes more sense. Welcome for joining the RP games (the ongoing one). Can we use this as a base for the diplomatic game?

Yes , this scenario is good , only problem is that it should still end in 1945 since no resources were diverted to France originally.
