After Karl? Cries in Emmanuel IV. In all seriousness, Garibaldi. Tactics Master I appreciate honestly more than Aura, although Aura is the Second Best. I am going to trash someone's suggestion to my question...  I would say aura is the best because if you have, say, Karl and Massena, they will have 2 auras stacked on each other, giving heaps of damage. And Garibaldi's skills are meh, I don't value Mountain Fighting on an infantry general, because only Riflemen, Elite Light Infantry, and Assault Infantry have the "mobility is not affected by terrain" skill. Tunnel is ok, but grenadier already has the grenades, and artillery does exist. Tactics Master and Ambush can help each other, as if Tactics Master triggers, Ambush can block some damage if triggered, but it's a pretty low chance of happening. And Assault is 5/5, top of the line, epic skill. But Baron as starting title? I would not prefer to go through EXP training again. |

I actually consider massena to be the best general personally, hence why he uses the ferguson rifle and karl uses the other gun. Since infantry already has low defense, the prince only rank is perfectly fine. And his average output seems higher than karl’s. I gave massena the iron cross too and he hits very hard. Garibaldi is a good choice (maybe the best even) for a 3rd infantry general. Since he has assualt tactics master and tunnel, he can destroy cities very quickly. His other two skills, ambush is essential for someone who can attack twice and mountain fighting is kind of meh but I don’t see who else to give the medal too. The other choice is barclay who can be given crappy items and simply tags along, lannes, washington, and bismarck. All of which are good. |
