I started a new game and decided, for the memes, to go straight for Karl, so I managed to get him, and I needed a cav general. I know I should sell him, but it feels wrong to dismiss the best general in the game, but, what do you think? should I sell him, get Massena instead and use the remaining Medals + some I managed to get afterwards to get Ney?

I would sell him if infantry is inferior to cavalry gens. |

You will eventually have to buy him back if you sell him right now, so why bother? Also, Ney isn't a good buy since long ago. The top 3 non-IAP cavalries are Murat, Dabrowski, and Lan.
