After hefty debates in the congress of RoT, we have decided to give the natives all of Oklahoma, and grant them freedom. They are now a completely separate entity from us. We also give them are to better technology for farming, since Oklahoman land is not fit for it (lol, just realized how this sounds, not trying to anger you Gerd von Rundstedt just stating facts about yalls soil.) I recruit 7,125 long range artillery, and disperse them among my boarder hexes. These are stationed far enough back where they can't fire over the boarder, but if an enemy assault were to come, then they can fire at the very edge of the boarder.
