What are your thoughts on Murat?

Assault Art, Spy, Surprise and 5 stars cav/ 3 move make him a WMD in most campaigns and conquests. The lack of strike is too hard to ignore for his place on our team. Lan and Sakurako with items and training will be better.

A great fortress destroyer. (heard that Murat held a record for most damage on forts (+300-400?) but unsure if it is still held)

Has a lot of potential for s/l players. However, he's not as consistent as Sulkowski and Cotton.

I mean, Sulkowski is a very very good starting general as he is equipped for speedrunning hre 1798, and Sophia is also unlocked very early. I don’t know why we need another fort wrecker.
That being said, war expert gives him massive health, he is extremely effective on both heavy and guard cavarly at killing forts, and he has good starting stars. He ain’t the best but he is quite good.

Don't underestimate the mythy Guards Cavallary - They come with Spy-Deluxe - It is also against ships. +50% compare to light and heavy cavalary.
For a simmilar price like heavy artillery they have double HP, one hex more movement perfect to flank and attack medium and large forts.
For me Sulkovski is (apart Arnold) the only one general that I maybe could buy one time. Strike a must for a cavalary general.

I would take Massena and Davout over the likes of Lassalle or even Dombrowski any day of the week.

He comes in handy in pretty much every cavalry unit.

Massena’s 5 training stars on cavarly is amazing, he also has leadership and surprise which comes in handy. Even war master is nice as Massena will have massive health in no time. Even on infantry, Massena’s massive health, leadership, and 5 training stars will carry him pretty far. Davout is super fast and has assualt hit, so occassionally super strong too. Dombrowski is a great general on cavarly to have. But he also requires a war horse and honestly is still inferior to vanilla berthier and lan so even he will get replaced. Tho if you want to spend only 5$ on ew4, him and poniatowski is the way to go
