Is there a distinct 2nd best admiral? I only ask as from what I have seen, Sakurako is the best in some posts, but in my poll, Treville is best. Can you tell me which one is the better one?

Sakurako takes less damage but also deals less damage than Treville, far less when treville’s tactics master triggers. I’d say he is better personally. |
