This is a very simple guide that doesn't require precise movements, so it will be rather short.
Push through the enemy's first line of defense to take the unnamed objective city. This should be done quickly, and while taken minimum damage. Next you are going to go under the enemy's second line of defense. This is done because their second line will decimate your units. While you are moving your units down, you should keep building assault troops in the unnamed city so its not taken back. When you get next to Lodz, you're going to want to split off 1 or 2 of your units, if 1 then preferably a tank, to attack Lodz, since sometimes your ally doesn't take it. The rest of your units you will move to attack Warsaw. With the help of your allies, you should be able to take Warsaw in time for a perfect victory.
