| American navy was no match to French or even Japanese, most of the time in the ww1 Royal Navy( don't underestimate them, they have capability to defeat French and German navies combined) just sat doing Blockade. Yeah no dawg, combined? | US had barely any army probably weaker than Mexico and they took at least 1 whole year to just raise an army, Canadians did that in months. Wow, did I really just read that? The U.S. could bully Mexico, and they did. The U.S. raised way more soldiers (obviously it took longer) and the difference in industry. Assuming things like that is a bad practice. | Revolt in India is out of question, they provided huge amounts of troops to British war effort voluntarily(for better salaries, etc) No, it's really not. They literally saw them as "less", there's a reason the title "Emperor or Empress" of India was created. Yes they did it voluntarily but it doesn't mean they liked it or were treated well. Just because they provided lots of troops doesn't mean the idea of foreign rule was liked. That doesn't mean foreign rule was hated Lemme rephrase that, Just because they provided lots of troops doesn't mean the idea of foreign rule was popular. | That doesn't mean foreign rule was hated Yes it does, obviously

You seriously gonna tell me everyone liked British rule Not hating does not means they liked. The popular opinion was complicated and a large percentage of women and Lower caste do not have an opinion at all.

You seriously gonna tell me everyone liked British rule Women were excluded from politics. For Lower Caste and Untouchables, British Rule provided more opportunities and equality than the traditional Indian society. Thesw groups consisted of some 70 percent of total population. Gurkhas- one of the most famous elite soldiers of army were loyal to British. Indian aristocrasy felt themselves safer in British rule than in any other available option.

Anti-colonial movement was only popular in Cities and Towns. It's still dislike for British rule Most of the time rural areas don't care for politics, unless your backyard gets scorched The rural areas and Princely states became the power of British Rule. They recruited huge amounts of troops from there giving stable salaries and offering land which people were unlikely to get in normal situations.
