As far as I remember, in ew4 a green country meant a provoked country which sided with none, is this the same situation?

great! And there might be some blue countries as well which are always allied with us? I am not exacty sure but when allies do appear they are usually from different countries. I do see allied country appear multiple times in campaign like that flag that has swords. |
