It is based on The Great War fought between Entente and Mittelmächte during July 1914 to November 1918.
In my scenario, there will be default coilations (those 2 above mentioned) and no other coilation is allowed.
There will be 5 original members who cannot leave their alliance till defeated completely.
4 for Entente- France, Serbia, Montenegro, Russia(it can leave in case of October Revolution's activation)
2 for Mittelmächte- Germany, Austria-Hungary.
Other nations will be free to join any coilation but they cannot leave the coilation without a civil war in which half of armed forces will be part of the opposition which will be controlled by a member of opposing coilation unless a new player wants to play as it. Russia will be given special privilege- "October Revolution" to leave Entente and either join Mittelmächte or remain neutral with co-operating with Mittelmächte but it can only take place after page 40 and will take 4 pages to get completed and it will have to face 1/5 forces as rebel white army.
A player if taking a nation other than 6 default must tell which side it wants to join.
In mainland territory, you can recruit 30 percent population at its upper limit and in colony it is 2 percent. Dominions( only British Empire have them) can have recruiting rate upto 5 percent. Dominions are Canada, Australia and South Africa.
No one can build anything that was not present before 11 November 1918.
There will be generals also who can be appointed to give the troops some buff, these generals can also reassigned and in case of total annihilation of unit the commanding general will be destroyed ,these are:-

Cavalry Charge- when commanding Cavalry unit, if DV is more than 7 then enemy's DV will be halved.
United Kingdom:-
