So the elections are done, eeeeef and Warlord247 are the new RP Exec's . Gratz on the title, the RP board and players are looking forward to your leadership and contributions!
-Please show the title on your avatars (select it on your profile) , sorry but only 1 group affiliation can be shown on your avatar at the time.
-The RP Exec's will also be made default RP group leaders. If there is a huge amount of salt in the RP's we can make the entire RP board posting privileges restricted to the RP group only. That way if someone completely gets out of hand they temporarily get kicked out the RP group and won't be able to participate until they cool down.
-RP Exec title is NOT a forever position it is possible and likely that at some point in the future you will loose that title and another one of you buddies gets a shot at it, this can happen when there is a new election for example.
-If you loose an election: No whining allowed
It's not the end of the world, someone else simply gets a chance to showcase their skills that's all. Possibly they might not be any good at it in wich case you will have a chance to regain the leadership post at the next election.The RP Exec's will have to decide with the RP players on how often to hold the elections for the leadership role.
In the past RP Exec's also helped regular players set up their RP campaigns with research, rules of engagements ect..
Light RP salt is fairly normal during campaigns but the RP execs always attempt to keep a balance and understanding between players. If it gets to be too much though do not hesitate to ask the staff for assistance.
