zink , I would disagree on logistic being better than plunder supply. Logistic only heals 8 hp per turn. Plunder supply can heal more than that and can trigger multiple times per turn because destroying a stack isn't very hard to do. Thus, logistic's healing is insignificant in sustained combat, while plunder supply's isn't.

Infantry leader tho. Rundstedt can attack multiple times (I have seen it trigger 4x consecutively). Eisenhower can’t. I said kinda sux. He isn’t terrible, but for 7$ he leaves a lot to be desired compared to Zhukov and Manstein. Infantry leader is not such a good skill. Right now when I was testing Rundstedt I made like 5 attacks or something and it never triggered. But whatever. Even in case it triggers after such 4x consequtive attacks You will probably need to go for replenishment. Whether it is good? I doubt. At least what I do with my infantry general is I am trying to flank enemies, to attack infantry/artillery somewhere on the flanks or capture/hold cities/factories. At least that's my playstyle. I don't know what is the purpose of Your infantry but infantry leader can't be very good because of its unreliability. It could be much better particularly with Rundstedt because of the Fire suppression, true. But still it is pure luck whether it triggers or not and when exactly. So completely unreliable for planning Your strategy/tactics on the map. Fair enough. Everyone has their own play-styles. I personally like rundstedt’s skill combination which excuses his horrendous movement. For you, having a fast heavy hitting anti tank infantry commando might be the better option. I do like a lot of yamashita's qualities tho. In terms of pure damage, his output would be quite massive with Eisenhower's buff. As for eisenhower, I of course use him all of my missions. Its most likely his buff that makes rundstedt stand out more. Tho he is very fast moving and good with anti tank weaponry, whereas rundstedt is better on cavarly and transports

Yama very easily claps Rundstedt, the only department Rundstedt beats Yama in is hybrid ability and even than Yama still puts up a good fight.

Rundstedt's skills work very well together, a.k.a. Getting HP when Attacking. However, let's compare them (IMO):
4 inf *s = 4 inf *s
No movement < 3* Movement
2* Air > 0* Air (really the one unit where it matters)
Fire Suppression >/= Guerilla (because of consistency)
Inf Leader (essentially +24% damage with counterattack) </= Bayonet Charge (because of consistency)
Plunder Supply = Samurai (Plunder is better later in the game once you have Patriot and Samurai Special Forces to get you out of Chaos/Double Low Morale, as well as higher tech, while Samurai is by far better earlier, but given that you unlock Yamashita in 42...)
Skill Synergy > Skill Synergy
All in all, It just boils down to playstyle. Rundstedt is for players like me, Yamashita is for more offensive players.

I think both generals are playstyle dependent and are probably even in general but Yamashita is much better for the campaign because as Axis you only have steamrolling missions. I don't care enough for the Axis side of things to post any in-depth commentary though. :/

I reckon I like yamashita skills more than ruderstad due to the samurai ability which keeps his damage the same . imagine 100 damage as a 1 stack he is a God and with his movement he is able to move around quickly and in my opinion is a great infantry general due to him being able to keep his damage the same

My brain thought it was like the wc4 samuri oops but its still a decent skill yet a pretty "ok" one ( sry dude)

Yamashita is very good, but I do not have Rundstedt yet, so I cannot say.

Plunder supply sux big time on infantry I disagree, especially when it is paired with inf leader and Fire Suppression. When triggered 4 times, that is the same as replenishing once.

Rundstedt is MacArthur's Twin with Plunder Supplies instead of Raider. Which means you two are twins Gerd von Rundstedt, zink.

Alright like I said in some thread ago, I take anecdotal evidence on chance with 0 backin I could say something similar with guerilla and say it triggered 4 times consecutively
