Mountbatten There still is the neutral tech tree though... I don't know, puts me on edge. There is tech on the neutral tree to get rid of the weakness of neutrals. And if it's still not up to your standards then I don't know what to tell you. I like the way it is.

Alot of versatility in units isn't good, peeps will be researching the whole time and there won't be much conflict (best example is the ww2 rp where there was only research and less combat). Neutrals having their own techs is weird, because in the end all neutrals will be integrated into other factions so I think we can consider/modify this Techs are always welcomed, they always add more flavor and put the turns to good use Defense techs like fortress, I am thinking (this is a suggestion remember) that we shouldn't do this, remember the ww2 rp where Vatutin and lannes kept making a hell lot of defenses to keep Bessarabia on their side? I think this one should be excluded or it can be modified... Anyways this is whatever I have to say for now..

GG then I'm getting a neutral country too This is why I am trying to make them weaker with less troop space and turns. I have accounted for their weakness by designing a tech tree that will put them on par with other countries.

Neutrals: 1) Enemies cannot attack you unless they declare war 2 phases before they attack. 2) To join a side, you must declare that you will join them 2 phases before you do. 3) Neutrals start out with 5 turns instead of 6. 4) Neutrals can attack other neutrals without declaring war first. This is taken away if the neutral joins a side. 5) I'm hoping to have a tech tree section just for neutrals. We'll see how creative I can get. EDIT: All neutrals will be required to join a side before a certain phase. It won't be super early so don't worry top much. But it will happen. what will happen if a neutral doesn't join an alliance before the point. Some kind of debuff or revolution would be my guess but anything goes

I didn't think anybody would actually refuse. Ill think of something if it does happen, but as rule 1 says, everybody should be listening to what I say.
