Moreau no,it is not António Salazar I think NA having more provinces than Africa is fine due to the fact that there will be more emphasis on NA then on Africa, due to the fact that there's the American Civil War, the British government in Canada, the USCA, etc

I don't have Baltic memorized and it would make it way easier if you just said Germany. No you don't have to declare war. Just attack and boom you are at war. Only for Player controlled countries that aren't neutral though. |
