That Clark on an Australian City (probably Melbourne) who single handedly hold my whole army at the end of 1939 conquest and who defeated a lot of battleships and heals 12 to the city damage every round? Annoying. Student is not worth as a cheaper Clark. He has absolutely no survival skill. He gets defeated easily. Melbourne? Australian Clark? Both of these do not exist in this game I said probably. I was not sure. Yes it's Brisbane. Isn't he the Guardian of Brisbane? In 1939?

Underrated Generals Clark - Look at him. 4 inf stars and lvl 3 explosives destroys cities. He can be great on navy. Lvl 2 bayonet charge is great like on Konev. And he is a very good city defender. Lastly, he is a decent admiral. Student - Cheaper Clark but can definitely make a difference in campaigns. Devers - Op af on a Super tank Rokossovsky - only general that can get nuked and brush it off like it was nothing. Plus massive hp and movement makes him a good choice for super tanks. If govorov zhukov or for that matter clark defended melbourne, they would be 100x stronger.

Student is an inf-air general with the city cracking ability every air general dreams of. Plus 3* Raider is a survival skill.

Although it is better than Sydney, it is not on the map. Look at Student as an air general: 4* air, lvl 4 explosives, both fantastic skillsets. He is Heinrici if you use him just as infantry. He's the type of guy you plop on Motorised, strafe out one city, move him there, strafe out the next, move him there next round, and so on. Even then he is still a noticeable infantry general. In my German 1939, it was Student and Meyer that took Moscow, not Guderian.

John Marston really got like 4 people on him for mistaking Blamey for Clark lol. One thing you should never do, is make fun of the Guardian Of Brisbane and his holy city, or he might personally make your '39 conquest go over 65 rounds ;)

It looks to me you forgot Mannerheim what more does Mannerheim want? He and Xue Yue are widely known as the best defending inf. gens in the game. He also disgraced me, the best infantry general there ever was got disgraced by some snipers : ( Mannerheim is also the best imo. His output is significantly better than yamashita’s, his survivability is great too.

Welcome to the Ignored....SECOND EDITION We will be looking at three generals. Let's start with the least ignored: Chuikov He has two leader skills, yes, but it is the other ones that count! He is one of the best defending generals Frunze had to offer excluding Rokossovsky and Govorov! Shelter Expert and acceptable health makes it so that it takes more one nuke to kill him, while defense tactic makes him even tankier. Very survivable. So what's wrong with him? One, he is expensive. 2200 medals for a defensive Badoglio? I'll pass. What about his hybrid skills? People who are looking for a hybrid general usually have enough money to just get Koniev. Chuikov is a great general, but you can enjoy him in 1960 and 1943. Malinovsky Malinovsky is the Beta version of Yamashita. Good output, speedy, and with the bonus of supply! Big problem is health. Usually infantry generals can't survive long enough for supply to have a positive effect on them, and they just sit in a city, crippled for the rest of the conquest. This is the same problem with Liang X.C. Erich von Manstein. Ace Forces is good and all, but Major? Besides that, though, Malinovsky just doesn't make it into the quality of Zhu De and William Slim. Wingate One thing I hear WC3 gamers ramble and rave about is output. Well, Wingate has it! Just in not as comfortable a form as people would like. 2 lvl 4 skills for only 490? Move over Heinrici, Wingate gets to be in my cheap generals challenge! Guerilla makes him avoidant of quite a bit of retaliation, while lvl 4 jungle fighting...Trees are the second most populous terrain hexes in conquest. Yes, he is slow, but he will be all you need to clear out Southeast Asia! There are only two things bad about him: Sergeant. On a general that specializes in units that depend on health. Also, he has 4 stars out of all of his skills. 3* infantry, 1* air. This makes him incredibly slow. IF you use him, it better either be in Asia, or on MI. Well, Wingate, for 490 medals, you are a worth it purchase. Thank god I can promote you, or else Manstein will be able to swat you out of the way like a fly.
