Axis Won WW2 *Which is the best Alternate Scenario?

Here are my scenario but feel free to add yours
1. Third Reich vs Japan
Ok Let's get back to 1937 China vs Japan or Sino-Japanese War. The german is an ally to China (Yes you hear it correctly). But due to WW2 both break relationship. Ok now let's head to post WW2, German victory over The Soviet and Mainland Europe and Japanese victory at the Pacific. But remember we have China, now since the war end German need to decide either help Chinese Independent or Stay on Military Alliance with Japanese. Okay now situation seems complicated but All of German enemies during WW2 is the country that brings the German Empire downfall (All Allies Country in WW1 and Japan is one of them). Next is China has supplied many resources needed by the German to sustain it's country during Inter War Period. Now Hitler realized that Japan is one of German enemy (In WW1 Japan take all German colony in Pacific) Then both of them engaged in German-Japan War. German with the help of China managed to push the japan out of Manchuria and Korea Peninsula as well as Sakhalin and Kamchatka. Since Japan IJN tech is pretty outdated, The Mighty Glorious Reich alongside the Mighty Chinese troops swarmed all along Japan Island (Honshu, Kyushu, Hokkaido, etc) Japan lose the war.
China got back it's land and Outer Manchuria, German gained East Coast USA-Canada, meanwhile Japan suffered huge losses and no resources for them start to collapse making Italy, Third Reich, China, and Spain as the world superpower
2. Japan destruction
Although winning the Second WW doesn't mean a total victory for Japan. Yes they got those huge amount of Resources but where is their manpower? Chinese and Korean? (They had already ran to China under controlled by Kuomintang Goverment), Japanese? (Most of them die because of Kamikaze and illness). This causing the Japanese economy to collapse (Have Petroleum but nowhere to trade and it's Military tech were outdated. The Chinese asked for the help of the Korean and Russian to help them kick the Japanese out of Asia pushing until Japan out of korean peninsula. Thus giving independence for Korea, China, and liberation of Siberia. Ofc China and Russia will have an additional conflict that i will wrote on Additional Note Part.

German may have a huge vast amount of Industry resources but manpower? Same situation with Japanese, mass killing of non-German (Poles, Russian, Jews) Causing German have no more manpower to do all industry. Ask the German? (Well let's say most of them have been deployed to guard a vast amount of Frontline and Remember resistance unit is still highly conducted on the Conquered territory). German without it industry hardly sustain itself also the food they need were undershortage caused by the Farm burned by partisan and resistance unit causing many germans starved to death. and Thus end the Glorious Reich that was said managed to last for 1000 Years just only for several decaded.

With German teritories extend from the Atlantic into the Ural, Italy managed to recreate the Roman Empire, and Japanese gain all their sweet resources. The three of them become greed, starting the Civil War. The Italian want both Spain, German North Africa and French (include vichy) into their territory since it belong to them. Japan still want to show that they are the glorious empire in the world, meanwhile German standing see their enemy lose but now their allies alliance were also break. German alongside Vichy french and Spain managed to defeat the Italians. Rommel Panzer unit beat Rodolfo's Graziani units on Libya, They continue to attack until East Africa. Now their only enemy is Japan. German decide to form Military Alliance with China started to fight the Japanese until hitting Tokyo with their Nuclear Missiles. Thus making the Tripartite Pact end, China gained mongolia, korean peninsula, and Kyushu. Meanwhile the German conquer all of Italy. The Japanese were let to have the nation standstill although suffered heavy loses.
