I don't think you need one more gen for allies infantry since you already had Slim and Tassigny also Axis where you already had Student and yamashita. Just do what Paulus says buy An Allied Tank or Arti (Which i think you'll need to have tank gen first Since Timoshenko can't handle too much). Your Axis gen should be enough for further campaign until you'll buy Rommel to be your second Panzer General. Also Two Infantry Gen is already enough

Yeah, you don't need another infantry general. Proabably it's best that you get a tank general, like Rommel or Patton.
