I've been stuck on this for quite a while. When I capture the Western city Osman goes to the temple, where I can't get to, and the Bulgarian Reinforcements only block my way. When I take the Black Sea City I waste almost all of my sixteen rounds just trying to hold it. The Carronade and light infantry spam seems almost bottomless as well.
I have all the free generals besides Looff up to this point, as well as an OP Hotzendorf.

Concentrating on the Western one uses up all my time, while the eastern one uses up all my manpower |

Ok, so I passed this and got to Masurian Lakes before I stopped.
The key is to use WC tactics: Blitzkrieg into the Western City before the Turkish can make any units in there. Spam will be your downfall. Use the Militia at Crimea to distract the Carronade in the east, when the Bulgarians attack the Turks, let them do it on their own while sending a cavalry general south to take care of Nadir, who probably just retreated from the southern city. While doing this, spam bombs to destroy the large fort, and take the southern city after the Bulgarians have weakened it, and you're done.

After 15346873588325789 failed attempts, it finally worked once. I took the western city and just started spamming grenadier guards. |
