Hello. Me and my friend are making a wc3 mod but for whatever reason when we replace general heads the large head appears really glitched but the smallhead replacement looks okay. However one of the generals we edited does not have this glitch. I wondered if any of you could help because we are stumped on what to do about it. It's the right size and everything. Your general photo is most likely too big or not formated. Did you use a Photoshop app?

Your general photo is most likely too big or not formated. Did you use a Photoshop app? I use paint.net. My heads are all 150x150 and all pngs. Only difference I saw in properties was the bit depth but idk how to alter that and I have a feeling it's not the problem

Your small head is actually too small for the general outline. Your general photo is most likely too big or not formated. Did you use a Photoshop app? I use paint.net. My heads are all 150x150 and all pngs. Only difference I saw in properties was the bit depth but idk how to alter that and I have a feeling it's not the problem That is mostly likely the reason, you need to use a photo shop app.

idk then cus i cant afford photoshop and paint.net is for the same purpose, just free and more user-friendly
