De Gualle for the Axis with no movement and better skills. I rate him a 4 at quality and a 2 at price performance.

He's basically an Axis Alexander but slightly worse in quality and costs medals. Both of them have decent skills, but nothing really notable. Alexander gets a pass because he is free. Also, Alexander has one more star in artillery. Ultimately, Terauchi having okay stats is what saves him from being a one star. I rate two stars.

His skills are bad lol i don't know why he doesn't get amphibious since most of his operation is amphibious landing also he should have either samurai/ bayonett charge
