Hello everyone i'm currently stuck in the first missions of 1944 theatre and i was wondering which general i could hire next... i currently have guderian rommel yamamoto yamashita and leeb for axis and patton, roko an macartur for allies...

They are tricky, specially on allied side. I made them with less Gens (no Yamamoto and MacArthur). Read some tips, try again.

As said before, you can make the first three campaigns on allied side with free Gens. Katjuscha as SF on heavy Arty helps alot and later KV-6 on heavy tank
I bought 3 axis Gens before my first allied one.
First allied was Patton. If it works out better, MacArthur is also good choice.

Joseph Stalin, People are recommending MacArthur, but he doesn't unlock until Pacific. If you need a tank general before Pacific, your options are: Roko, Monty, and Vatutin. Since you said there was no consensus, I assume that you've been reading other threads. Our opinions regarding the allied tank generals are all different, so there is no consensus. To sum it up the debate, here are their pros and cons in relation to each other:
Roko
1. Good Anti-tank damage
2. Panzer Leader
1. Weak Machinist
2. Not so good damage against everything else
Monty
1. Panzer Leader
2. Strong Machinist
1. Most expensive
Vatutin
1. Hits the hardest per hit
2. Cheapest
1. No Panzer Leader
2. Worse movement For later purchases, Patton is a very good general that I think is the only one that everyone has reached a consensus on. He's the best allied tank general, so make sure to save up for him. MacArthur is also a good purchase. He's the best non-IAP allied infantry general in terms of quality (There are some who think his price is not worth it).
