Well, what do you know? I beat Eastern Front, and now I am stuck up completely against the pointless mission that is Pearl Harbor, and the perfect example of useless AI in withdrawal from New Britain. Help would be much appreciated. My generals All free ones up to Pacific stages Tito Govorov Badoglio

But for New Britain, fortify the 4 ties to the west of Rabaul with coastal fort by using a Scotland engineer. Put Govorov on Katyusha and Timoshenkov on the armored car. Gororov along with coastal artilleries should be enough to deal with the Japanese invasion force. Once the northern is cleared head down south with Govorov and Timoshenkov, build an additional coastal fort when you need to. That should be enough. Make sure Yamashita don't land or he'll be big trouble

Make sure Yamashita don't land or he'll be big trouble To add on, use Arnold's airforce to weaken Yamashita beforehand. If Yamashita attacks MacArthur even once, you have a much higher chance of failing. I don't really know what to say for Pearl Harbor; I thought it was easy and straightforward: I just moved my navy down south and landed troops in the north. My allies were good and captured one of the objectives for me, as well as clearing out the north for my troops to land.
