Quick question on whether I should use medals to increase rank of existing generals (Pecorus, Drusus and Free Gen) or keep saving to get Pompey. Will rank increase as I play?

Cheers in advance, Sugarman IMO, it's best to build up your core of 6 elite endgame gens first then focus on upgrading them. Rank upgrades are slightly less significant than the deployment of another elite gen on the battlefield. |

Nobunaga Oda, thanks - am 40 medals from getting Pompey, my third after Pecorus and Drusus whonare maxed on cav and arch respectively. Have been losing repeatedly as Pompey in Spain/Africa - need stronger gens so back to punic and farming medals How long have you been playing?

Too uninterested to clear all the various Conquest actors in all eras. Based on experience, you'll increase your gens' ranks as you go along so there's no point in wasting Medals to upgrade it. |
