are conquests really worth it? The rewards look stingy for so much devotion. Keep in mind that before daily rewards were added in, conquests were the only way to get a significant amount of knight badges. So, I think they used to be worth it, but not anymore. |

AG is way better than conquest. That is a fact. For me, the medals count most of all. Also, while the AI can usually take care of themselves in AG, (excepting AG North, and any Allied AG that is not France or Soviet), the AI in Conquest is trash If you play Expeditionary Legion, then expect Europe to be completely in Axis hands once you finish Africa. If you are the Western Front Legion, then don't think that even Bock will save you from a massive attack from the Maginot Legion. Conquest for me takes way too much time, and when parachute Regiment is unarguably the best Special Force, then you know any strategy you put forward will be useless. |

You have to send forces in all 4 directions if you want the victory to not be too tedious. |

At least in AG, you only have to lightly interfere, while in conquest, you have to stretch your economy in 4 different directions! |

Yeah, conquest is just too tedious because the map is large, but you cannot trust your allies. |

France is undefended in the west, and Franco really do be ballin |

literally of your entire game 2 hours is just moving units from france to russia or from russia to greece or from africa to spain
and well the rewards sincerely it would be preferable that it be the only way to farm medals through a conquest since we remember that army groups do not give medals but what happens? Well, a week I receive 70 medals easily and quickly so that would not work either. If you want to see a meaningless map since the beauty of the conquests was to move the camera away and see how you had the whole map gray, blue, red etc now it is only darkness unless you spend the entire budget on scouts to see something illuminated the map

Army Groups are only mode in GOG3 that is worth playing excluding campaigns.
