HI! This is my first (hope not last) post so aplogies if something is wierd or wrong...

I´ve been playing GoG3 for 3 or 4 months. Actually, I was playing the Western Front 1944, Guderian, Rommel, Badoglio, Patton, Vatutin in my team...

I´ve got some problems with the internet/wi fi, trying to save my advance on the cloud... SOMEHOW I overwrite my progress in the cloud with the starter medals (all that appear when you install for the first time GOG 3)....I really dont know what happened... Maybe the googleplay account was not online....

I managed to comunicate this to Easy Tech support in Facebook asking to please load the previous/historic advance.....but unfortunately the answer was that: " Is the cloud save is totally overwrited, we cannot offer help on that"

DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO RECOVER MY ADVANCE??

-If you still have your main account on different device you can load it into the cloud
In other words: Once you overwrite cloud save, you cannot reverse it

Also, by back up I mean with an external app
