There goes Itagaki thread...
Let's just end this guys this thread is for Itagaki and he has showed significant operational power so he can be used as Vatutins replacement.

The only combat strengths Itagaki has over Vatutin is he has SLIGHTLY better crit chance and supply, and has level 2 explosives (which doesn't do much)
Itagaki's faster, but like I said above, he doesn't have the combat ability that could match Vatutin's to back it up. Thus how on earth is Itagaki better than Vatutin lol?

Itagaki is useful for areas where you don't have high lvl cities to aid general as he has great survivablity and support
