So, I have not tested this myself, but does plain fighting and street fighting work in air force, like Explosives does? If so, Crerar and Li Z.R. would both be better than Goering in terms of air capability. Do you know to save me the testing Erich von Manstein?

Nope, it does not. Not even explosives. But in WC4, I think explosives stack with air force ability.

Oh! I always wanted to ask a question - does Navy and air force stars stack when on an aircraft carrier?

Oh! I always wanted to ask a question - does Navy and air force stars stack when on an aircraft carrier? Air stars for attack and naval stars for defense.

STILETT0: the only thing that works for the air force is the air stars. John Marston: air when you attack a unit, navy when you counterattack a unit. They don't stack.

Oh! I always wanted to ask a question - does Navy and air force stars stack when on an aircraft carrier? No, but it is nice to have a general who can either be deployed in cities or in carriers or in submarines and battleships.

Well, considering navy generals, I now know the reason why one should not buy Nimitz.
Yamamoto: high survivability (Supply 2, 230 HP), high navy ATK, high air force ATK, high mobility, bonus points for artillery-air force hybrid
Donitz: relatively low survivability (200 HP but no supply), high navy ATK, negligible air force ATK, high mobility, bonus points for dealing the highest DMG possible in the game
Nagano: high survivability (Supply 2, 280 HP), high navy ATK, high air force ATK, low mobility, bonus points for being the cheapest among the four
Nimitz: high survivability (Supply 2, 280 HP), high navy ATK, high air force ATK, low mobility, basically a Nagano but 1030 medals more expensive. Yes, he has Camouflage 4, but you are buying a navy general to pass against hard alien levels such as Union 2, 4 and 5, Wipe out the Enemy 8, and Break through Encirclement 8.
Edit: Yamamoto>Nagano/Donitz>Nimitz

I didn't realize that Donitz was that weak (I mean I didn't know he didn't had supply). And 1839 conquest places him in a Submarine

It does not even make any sense. Ports do not produce any iron. And even if he was the second chancellor of Nazi Germany, I doubt that he had the ability in history to boost economy.

Halsey: relatively low survivability (140 HP and Supply 1), high navy ATK, high air force ATK, high mobility, and if you want to promote him to L General he costs 3250 (1700+1550) medals. But Yamamoto has 230 HP and 3-star artillery for 150 less medals with the same abilities Halsey has, so that is why Erich von Manstein do not generally recommend him. But at least he does Yamamoto's job better than Nimitz, so: Yamamoto>Halsey>Nagano/Donitz>Nimitz since Halsey do Yamamoto's job better than anyone else other than Yamamoto. Donitz and Nimitz could switch places if Nimitz was also the same price as Nagano. I only consider Donitz as more considerable because he possesses some mobility, but make Nimitz cheaper and suddenly Donitz is ultimately outclassed for his low survivability.

L General Halsey costs 2600 (1700+900), which is 500 cheaper than Yamamoto. I'd only advice players to get Halsey only if they want a cheaper alternative and don't appreciate Yamamoto's 2 artillery stars and 30-90 HP.

I see, I forgot that you also recommend Halsey as alternative. Edit: I think Yamamoto's main advantage is that on 1975 conquests, you can put him in a rocket artillery and send him to airports and missile silos while defending against aliens.
