Yes really. In what other war have we started with troops? If you have troops from the start, it can be unfair for weaker countries. So no, we aren't starting with anything. |

So I'm making it special. yeah anyways if you haven't heard anything like troops from the start well this is just a proof from the previous war, Fedor's third comment on page one Oh and yeah, everyone starts off with 3 swordsman armies and one cavalry army and only England starts off with 3 ships. I don't want to fight but I was justifying it, if you don't want to give us units then its fine  |

Can't start next phase without General William T. Sherman and considering it's 11 in the morning here, he won't be here till 2 or 3. Then he needs to actually do the events so probably 4 or 5. Sorry. |
