Year 1926. New phase. Events:
The Push West: "If we want to compete with the Germans, something drastic must be done: The erasing of four countries from the map," Scandinavian Pan-Nationalist in Turku During the rise of the German and Italian Unifications as with growing nationalism in areas such as Japan and America, many events occurred during the 19th century which called for a Scandinavian Unification in order to compete with the fearful German and Italian powers. Following the Second Prusso-Danish War, however, the movement subsided. However, following the German victory in the Great War, many feel that the only way to stop the Hun is to create a new union in the North: Scandinavia. The first step to this: Taking Norway! -A plebiscite is held in Norway on whether to unify with Sweden or remain independent -If the Plebiscite does not support union with Sweden, Sweden can declare war on Norway to conquest The Dot: "We must regain our rightful land from the evil German menace! The bougoise of Germany shall no longer steal from the poor proletariat of Franche-Comte and Alsace-Lorraine!" French Prime Minister in Foix Prior to the Great War, Germany had already owned Alsace-Lorraine, which the french claimed as their own. After the WeltKrieg, another French province was taken: Franche Comte. Even though our war exhaustion is high, and its only been five years since the end of the last war, our prestige must be regained! -France can declare war on Germany in order to regain Franche Comte and Alsace Lorraine Rising Tensions: "Its unfortunate to even have the thought that our people would ever go to war with one another over politics, but it will happen" Spanish Military Officer in Toledo In 1861, the CSA seceded from the Union in order to protect their 'Right' of slavery. In 1865, the south was destroyed by union forces. In Spain, a Reactionary faction formed in Spain, called the Carlists. They were named after whom they deemed the rightful heir to the Spanish monarchy: Carlos. Multiple wars were fought which ultimately led to the weakening of the Spanish government and a divided Spain. Both of these factions seem to have a revival, which could mean civil war in the upcoming years. It doesn't seem likely unless some major catastrophe occurs. Which, obviously, won't happen...right? -Spanish and American Civil Wars now possible

For the Norwegian Plebiscite, a dice roll must be made. Because it is a plebiscite, I'm going to say that six or under equals that the Norwegians don't want to unite with Sweden and a roll above six means they do want to. nVr6KVVG
Special Event: The Norwegians comply! It seems as if us, the Swedes, are not the only ones who know that something must be done to stop Germany. The Norwegians have now also joined our cause to unify the brother peoples, and to found a new power in the North. -Sweden annexes Norway.·
