You may praise yourself happy Napoleon Bonaparte that I did not use my last 3 turns to attack Birma. I am sick of being randomly attacked without warnings. Estonia has to pay for it. Now you have to pay for it too.

I am in Ceylon, as Napoleon Bonaparte taking one harbor does not mean I can not attack you. I understand you are upset but complaining against this in absolute nonsense, Remember that Germany has just won a WORLD WAR. I refuse to redo my turns since I have set fair numbers for my dices (8) because I am in disadvantage. No complaining, period. You captured one city Khurram, this does not mean you block my attacks. Same story goes for you: People stop being naive, it is obvious I am going to strike back after you attacked me.

António Salazar I see your point, but straight for his Capital is bit too OP and if you had 8 for big cities when you are disadvantaged then capital should be +1

I lost a couple of armies. Also we have to look at the quality of armies: A German army should be better than an Indian one. (Historically)

António Salazar even so they aren't much worse they even could be balanced as India had some intresting warior types(some still stand), but we are looking technologically right now, so I think they are on the same page. And capital is always higher than any city in region.

Because that never happened.2) Mumbai isn't the biggest city in India, its Delhi back then.3) you have to roll a ten to get Delhi, its a "capital".4) you have Karachi, Kerala and Mumbai right?
